Hello! I'm Kristin Campbell, an animator with a lifelong passion for bringing fantastical worlds to life. My journey in art began when I was three years old, learning to draw with MS Paint on our Windows 3.1 computer—a moment when my love for both art and technology took root.
At seven, I got my first video game—a Gameboy Color with Pokémon Red Version. That game didn’t just ignite my imagination; it also sparked a realization that people create the games, TV shows, and movies I loved. This led me to draw more than ever before and planted the seed for my dream career.
Fast forward to age 17, I was deciding on a college major when I watched Princess Mononoke for the first time. That film sealed the deal: I knew I wanted to become an animator.
I’m captivated by animation’s boundless possibilities—the magical worlds, fantastical creatures, and epic battles it can create. As a multicultural and multi-ethnic woman, I aspire to craft diverse, inclusive stories. Equally important, I hope to inspire others like me to pursue their dreams in the animation industry.
